We use Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) with a database specifically located in the UK region. This ensures that your data is subject to UK GDPR and UK data protection laws. Your data is not transferred outside the UK without appropriate safeguards and your explicit consent where required.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide you with access to the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted immediately, except for anonymised data used for research purposes and deletion records (which are retained for compliance and research purposes). Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
